Awesome, way to go!

Matech Racing

Matech Racing is giving our gals a racing history that will show that the current GT is just as good as the GT40. With two wins at Silverstone and two more this weekend at Oschersleben, Germany next weeks race at Monzas FIAGT3 event will show our gals are for real. We Blu-um away..................GO BLU

Ford Motor Company and Ford Racing should be very proud of Matech! :thumbsup:thumbsup

I hope they will capitalize on the results and include these victories in the Ford achievements. :cheers

Hmm, what do you think of launching a Le Mans run next year?

Ford Racing would pay/bribe to keep them out.

Man your batting a 1000.

This is fantasic and thank you for updating us.:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

Great news:thumbsup wish we were there to see it! Thanks Blu for your reports.

Why's that?

Why's that?

Because they don't want a Ford GT running at LeMans unless it's a 99% certainty to win, which is extremely lame. Chevrolet dumps $50-60 million a year into the C6R program towards that end. Ford spends roughly $50-60 million less :lol

They'd sooner lend assistance to make a privateer competitive or victorious in their particular series rather than let them go to LeMans and get a DNF or low finish.

I'm sure a lot of Ford money went into the development of the Aston Martin DBR9 that beat the C6R's at Le Mans last year in the GT1 Class, as they did not sell Aston until last year.

A number of FGT parts can be traced to Aston Martin/Ford development.
