FMV for 1993 Cobra?

My father in law has a 1993 Mustang Cobra he wants to sell. It is black, grey leather, about 36k miles, no mods, no sunroof, and 3+ condition. Any idea what FMV would be? I've searched the net and have come up with substantial differences in price.

I think checking with the svt cobra mustang forum would yield similar results that we could provide for ford gt fmv.
