Enclosed Transport

Just wanted to drop a note and tell you how great Rich's Classic Transport is, she was delivered with extra TLC. A true professional, on time as promissed, answered my phone call every time I called, gave me road /ETA update frequently, and not one scratch anywhere. Thanks for the referral:

The guys that move collector cars are a great group. The challenge is always working a schedule that is acceptable. Knowing that many times they are crossing the country picking up and dropping off cars.

When we went to Indy with five FGT's and one hot rod, our driver Chris left us, ran up to Rochester NY and dropped off the hot rod, picked up another car, dropped it and was back to enjoy the race.

Most of these drivers love the cars as much as we do.

I can just imagine (or maybe not) what the experience would be if these trasport guys could care less .. OK... let's not imagine that one:thumbsup

Hog Haulers and Debra rock!

I have recommended them before, and other members on this site have used them, so try www.horselesscarriage.com.

Anyone knows of a reliable enclosed transport. Did a search and came up with one who can't meet schedule. Thanks
Jr.

Gary Almond is good. However, another forum member (Demolition Man) turned me on to a shipper I use all the time, who has become a trusted friend. They have my red Shelby GT500 right now and are delivering it to California to ship out to Australia. The name is RWB Transport - Bob Beverly
(704) 907-7967. They are going from Charlotte, NC to Southern CA after Thanksgiving and have room on the truck both ways. Use my name when you call Bob. They also just delivered my Shelby Cobra last week, and have shipped a few GT's for me. Carrol Shelby and Edsel Ford both use Bob and I trust him and his wife completely!

I also have to agree that Hog Haulers and Chris are great people and do great work!

Bob Beverly has also delivered my Ford GT and he transported my cars from Charlotte to Patterson (NJ) when we had to ship them to Europe.

Great guy. I would certainly recommend him!

Need a Viper shipped from Virginia to Los Angeles. Are the transport companies on this thread still valid and recommended? Not in a rush, just trying to get good value and reliability with no headaches.

Gary Almond is out of the country at the present time.
