The comments about the boost coming on relatively high in the powerband are a little surprising. I wonder how the compressor sizes compare to the Heffner setup?

The low trap speed (for an 870 rwhp car) is probably a function of reduced area under the torque curve, and traction issues, as the tester described on the specifications page.

Cool!

i would like to see a dyno sheet.

"power comes on at 5000 rpm" ? what is this....a supra? sounds like it should be makiing power way before 5000 i like to see the dyno sheet too.:confused

sorry it was so slow during this test. we discovered after the test that the boost controller was not working! so we were just running on wastegate springs which are 14 psi and around 730 rw hp.

Sorry, "only" 730rwhp :lol

Whenever I read any kind of publication I take the figures with a grain of salt because we know how that works. I can however say that I've seen this car and it is another killer looking twin turbo system. Hopefully at Rally III a few of the cars will be there for inspection and terrifying rides! Always nice to get more press!

The TT car in the video will be at Cars & Coffee in Irvine, CA tomorrow morning. Hope to see other Ford GT's at this event!
