"US smartphone sales, according to Canalys, were dominated by Android devices, which accounted for 43.6 per cent of the market in the third quarter of this year.
Behind the Android phones come the iPhone at 26.2 per cent, and RIM at 24.2 per cent. Microsoft? A mere 3 per cent, tying it with "Others."

Wow. The Viewpad 10 looks awesome. Thanks for sharing this. I was seriously considering the new Samsung Galaxy Tab, but after reading the Viewpad 10 specs, that looks and sounds amazing. Dual boot, flash, and expandable memory.
Also, Verizon Wireless recently announced their new 4G network. Speeds will be approx 5MB - 12MB per second.

I planned to buy the new I-Pad from Verizon this week, as it came available on October 28th. But decided to wait as I needed a new race helmet and Hans devise, so my weekly budget was blown. I'll wait for Christmas.
I still like my iPhone. I can listen to my music, play Sudoku and text my mechanic while I drive in rush hour traffic.
I'm not that handsome, articulate or that mellow. But I like his attitude...
Oh shut up!!!
You Shutup too.:wink
I am addicted to my IPAD
I guess that was Jobs' intention and he succeeded. My wife has one and she is addicted as well - God help me I need therapy! So help me out here, If you can't print from it, stick a memory stick in it, Has no USB port, stick an SD card in it, will not allow you to load a site that utilizes Flash, Its definition of HD is 720 pixels, will not let you plug in a hard keyboard into it, can't stick a CD/DVD in it and the only way you can move stuff to it is if you plug it into a PC or Mac then how would you define it because it ain't a PC. After my wifey agonizing on defining it, she gave up and just called it a Pad which BTW, HP have been selling functional Pads with all the above enabled for nearly a decade.
The best way I can define it is as a "Hardware based Browser" because other than that it is useless. Just my 2,000,000 cents worth of anger.... Incidentally, I understand all you iPad users can no longer use Google MAPS anymore because Stevey does not like Android eroding his customer base.
