Cool Shirt Systems?

Anybody familiar with these systems? I have been looking around on google but it seems like the options are endless and the prices are… nuts! I may just freeze my underwear and call it a day. I figured there would be several members here who have explored these options.

Yeah, they are not cheap. They are the real deal though, and work well. You have to locate and power the cooler.
