Are there any regular get togethers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area?

Thanks, Tom

Do you own a Ford GT?

I've been sitting on the sidelines for about a year, learning what I can, devouring this site, and am just about ready to make the plunge. I've been a member of several clubs in the past and have always respected and appreciated "the true story". Hopefully being a sincere "future" owner will allow me entry to the group. I recently sold a distant cousin of the FGT:

Wow. Beautiful. You should have kept that one.

Yep, very beautiful car indeed!

But as you must have concluded by now, reading posts from us owners, the Ford GT is a unique car which makes ownership a passion. And as many have learned leads to multiple GT's in the garage.

Buy a GT, join us as a MarkIV owner, and see for yourself how rewarding GT ownership can be and the fellowship on this Forum Dave has set up for us.

Hope you make the plunge!

Many of the forum regulars show up at the Pavilions show in Scottsdale. I'm sure any of them would answer any questions you have.

Very nice Pantera. I sold mine in 1988 to provide capital for my new business... kinda' wish I had it back now, probably could find it if I looked around a little, but for now, the FGT provides me with pretty much all the automotive fun and enjoyment I can stand.

Get one, you won't be sorry.

Scottsdale Owners

Tom,

Send me a PM and I'll let you know when something is happening. There are about 10 active GT owners in the Valley.

+1.
I have a very warm spot in my heart for that ex-car of yours. And that is a stunning example. Nonetheless, as others have cited, work with one of the very reputable agents on this forum to buy an FGT and you will be enormously pleased. I'm just guessing, but everything that the Pantera returned to you in satisfaction will be *10. Go for it.

Wow. Beautiful. You should have kept that one.

In Arizona you don't pay sales tax if you buy a car from an individual. About a $10k difference. Was unaware of this until I moved here.

Thanks for the info. Also, I do believe that there is no sales tax charged for an out of state PRIVATE PARTY sale as well.

Looks like I will be visiting Pavillions soon to link up!

Thanks, Tom

nice pantera!
