Carbon fiber 05-06 Ford GT belly pans

I will be pulling the seat this afternoon. I also have a few other items to get started on.

Seat is apart, I am looking at the adhesive they used to attach the leather to the carbon. Seems if I am remove the base leather the foam removal is fairly simple. Anyone removed it on their own? Also moving GT over to lift to remove supercharger and shifter. Whipple install and Short throw shifter is next. As long as I ruined it, I'm going all in.

Assembled and done, I can shut door without ducking. Hair just barely touches.
