Ok, here are some pics of a few colors of anodize.
Gulf, this is as close as I can get to Heritage blue, not real good, but I don't think it will clash. I ordered some samples to see what the orange looks like in person, it's not deep enough to me in the catalog, the guy says it is a little deeper in person.
Frank, Mark I think the red I think looks Good, better, deeper than the pic. and the Dark blue is a very close match for the Sonic blue striped cars, May also look good with Mid Blue. I will run one just to see.
The grey is a good match for Tungsten guys out there.
I dropped off the Red cam caps today. But I am at the mercy of the anodizer until he can run them with something else, or we pay a whole batch fee. Be patient please. It could be soon or a couple weeks.
I also had an order for a Red set of Harness Bars, so we get to see how they look as well.
I will mail out the first few sets Monday, we ran more yesterday that are off to be anodized in black. So, End of the week I should have a nice little stash of these for anyone that want some this spring when they hit the track.
As for the other harness types I am having a guy quote some gel decals as I think they will work on the Stroth , Sparco and Safecraft. The Stroth and newer Sparco have a raised gel decal right now in them. Safecraft uses a different kind of decal. These should look pretty sharp, Just need to see what pencils out the best for you guys. If enough folks wants them they should be pretty cheap.
