Big Rim/Wheel issues, NEED HELP!!

I need a shop that can de-chrome 2 rims and then paint certain areas on these rims black!!

Who?
Where?
Cost?

reason: I found rims finally for my dodge and bought 4, company called me and said we only have 2 now. I said no worries I'll order the other 2 from tire rack. I did and the following day the same company said, sorry we don't have those 2 either. Called tirerack to order 2 more. Well, I got their last 2 as well.

Now I have had 4 tires and 2 rims sitting in my garage for 5 months... I'm done waiting for back orders.... I love these rims and can get 2 of them in chrome but then need to match the ones I have....

:lol I gotta tell you how happy I am with my dodge Ram 2500 with cummins..

Bought new OTD with all the bells and whistles for $39,800. Laramie, 4X4 quad cab. 2004. Now I have 111,000 miles on her and now that it's broken in, I'm getting about 19-22 mpg depending on city, hwy, and the direction of the wind :biggrin

Coming back from Oregon I went 637 miles on a tank of gas... truelu great truck.... It will remain in the family for whomever and whatever.. I think

I'm in LA, just above Burbank Airport by about 7 minutes.

This is a picture of the two rims I have now and need to turn 2 chromed rims into.

I was actually left a message by the TIRERACK rep that those rims should be in by monday and that their supplier was extremely apologetic (who knows) so , maybe I got lucky with my desperate actions and somethging positive will come of this on monday. I'll keep you guys posted...
