Anyone buy/use seat covers ?

As an owner of the "Sloopy Seats", I can verify some of the following issues. As SteveA attests. Bought them from Ford Racing, on line through D'Agostino Racing out of Florida. They are cotton, black and have the appearance of the airflow holes on the original seats. Fit is not tight but they do not slide around. You get use to them quickly and basically you have seat protection. You don't stick to the seat and they grow on you.

Since no one else uses my car, and I don't have passengers, it is not an issue on their "lack of tight" appearance. I would recommend them purely on the protection issue, but actually enjoy them and am satisfied with the purchase. :thumbsup

I have a set of these seat covers too. Like MAD I concur with everything Frank says as well...I also identify with MAD and his aversion to rain. :cheers

Hope it doesn't rain in Indy... what are the odds?:eek

OK! I surrender! I have no idea why I used the "S" word when referring to the seat covers.:lol Good thing I didn't say they had a nappy look to them. If you read my first post I did say I have some on order...any slack cut for that?
As for my wrist Erick, or should I call you Dr. Erick Sloppy Seats? The wrist is getting better by the week, your compadre did a fine job putting it back together. :thumbsup

Yep, they are for sure "Nappy Headed Ho-Seats". Where is the Reverand on that one? Good news on the wrist, glad you can now shift again without pain.

We are looking at a Malibu - Santa Monica Mountain GT Cruise and then a BBQ in Malibu afterwards. Think the So Cal GT guys would be up for this?

:cheers

Rain at Indy with this current weather I would say 120% chance of rain, bony :cheers :biggrin

Seat Cover Fit

Is this the way the Seat Cover Fits in the GT.
As Steve mentioned, the "covers fit sloppy " .

Dang! Now your talk'n!

The backs on my seatcovers seem to fit a little tighter and look a little better, but the seat base looks the same - kind of loose and sloppy.

Ok. I am planning on showing my ignorance here....why??? For driving or just storage?

All the time.
