The one in the video belongs to the Public Affairs guys in Ford of Europe - have loaded cars on it with their guys before. Not sure it's wide enough to take a GT though...

The picture Xcentric posted shows a typical rollback carrier. The truck in the video has an articulated frame which I have never seen before. I assume the truck is FWD.

Speaking to my Ford contact yesterday at Goodwood the vehicle is built by Eder who are based in Southern Germany and Austria.
The one in the video is their latest acquisition and the best one they've had so far.

The clever bit is the hinged chassis:

Yes that is a Ford fwd Transit.

Very cool. Sure hope Ford and some US supplier can make that work on the Ford Transit here in the states. I have seen other articulating drive on's before but
never one with a box body.
