American car show in Belgium

Have a friend who was able to attend a car show in Belgium today - for American cars:

Don't know what country the GT is from as friend drove there from the Netherlands - an hour away. Maybe the owner is a member here?

The car looks like it has a Belgian plate. I don't know of any members from Belgium on this forum.
