thats nothing. the Spelling Manor is on the market for $150MM

I would sell mine for somewhere in between

I guess I'd better check with the wife. :eek

She just left Jakarta for a trip back to the States and said she might look at houses for when we return.

I told her all I cared about was a big garage for the cars.

Showed her a couple of listings for airplane hangers with apartments and got the "you've got to be kidding look". Was sort of, but would work for me. :biggrin

I think this house would be more to her thinking though. :willy

Maybe an RV with garage stacker trailer would be a good compromise? :biggrin

Magic

Would you finance it with zero down?:biggrin

Me LIKEY the theater. Except for the ceiling.

Now, mind you, if Mr. Hadid were to hand me the keys to the place and say, "It's yours" - I'd learn to live with it! :lol

H'mmmmm...whadaya suppose the taxes on a $50 mil hut in Bel Air would be? :biggrin

EP, the property taxes on that place would make owning an F-car seem like pocket change and AMT tax would insure that your property taxes were not deductable.

sold

This is so funny. I have been in this house before. Last year a bi ship owner client of mine from Greece was renting it while it was being sold and asking 85mm its called the Belvedere. Its a bit too much and but have to say an amazing place and yes I do have picks of my GT in the circular driveway but I forgot how to post pics. MJ told me once but I completeley forgot.

The plan is for me to live there at least two years without making payments, then ask for a bailout....should be at least 4-5 years total before moving....maybe never if my bankrupcy judge lets me pay $100 a month forever. Isn't that the "new" American way?:bs

I like IronMan's house although Batman has a better car collection, nice house too but I prefer Tony's view over Bruce's

I'm still waiting for James Bond to show up in a GT...
