2014 Corvette C7

Wow,

Hats off to that entrepreneur.

I like the new tail lights myself. They need to spend their energy fixing the headlights on the current Superduty. :ack

I wonder wheter there will be a Z06 or ZR1 and when they'll launch it.

Much mo betta!

Your buddy TheMayor on Fchat was explaining that it was no good, and therefore Steve, I think you need to rethink your position. There are significant knocks against these aftermarket taillights, regardless of what you think. Don't try and gloss it over.

Yes Dave you are correct in taking my "mo Betta" comment as a personal shot aimed at you and your lack of taste when it comes to C7 tail lights. As for the Mayor, glad you two are seeing eye to eye and friends again! Could a spirited drive together, dinner and movie be far off?

Don't kill the messenger. I'm just telling you what the infallible authority on this subject and all other subjects has decreed!

Fair enough.

:lol :lol

Scan the new Vette, inside and out.

The back is very curved and like a Ferrari Daytona in style

Overall its very sharp...espcially in the Graphite color

Its a hot car & and will be bought after 2nd yr of production

When is it comming out and which engines will they be offering?

Evidently the 'base' C7 is going to be available in the fall (just in time for winter driving...)....the ZO6 and ZR1 about a year(?) later.

Thanks for this. i really need to get a ZR1 and wait for it to come out. It's silly GM wants to wait how the C7 sales perform before offering a Z06/ZR1. I think I'm not the only one wanting this car.
I've been looking at some ZR1's C6 but they still go very pricy and as soon as the C7 launches the prices will sinck like the Titanic.
In the meantime I'm considering a camaro ZL1 convertible. With its 580hp I think it'll be a fun thing as well. Are there plans over there for a new camaro as well?

This is the only 'upgrade' of which I'm aware right now. (Notice in the write-up where it says the Z28 was found to be some 3 seconds faster per lap on the track than the ZL1! :eek):

Perhaps others who are better informed might chime in here if they are privy to additional projects presently being explored in G.M.'s "skunk works" department.
