Growing up 5 miles from Detroit Tiger Stadium, I watched A LOT of baseball. Other than the Tigers, I really enjoyed following the Red Sox. I bought this magazine many years ago because of the cover. Here is an ad from the magazine that is kind of cool....

I went to my first baseball game at Tiger Stadium in 1967 with my Boy Scout Troop..........and quite a few in '68. Several of the Tigers lived in my nieghborhood.

Still have my original GT40 Matchbox (which made not going with White/Blue Stripe very very difficult)
