08 Orange SRT 10 Convertible

I have been waiting for an 08 orange (convertible) SRT 10 to become available.

the last info I had (obviously outdated) was that they woul be available in the first quarter of 08.

I can not find one that has ever been for sale and little info here , Viper Alley or in the VCA forums on the release date.....does anyone know the latest info?
