I lead the team that built the world's first collision avoidance vehicle for GM back in 95. GM had bought Hughes, who I worked for, and who was a radar company. Took it to both Europe and Asia to all the major manufacturers to sort of "seed" the work. Just FYI.....

I assume whenever it is screwed on it opens the Schrader valve, exposing the internal pressure to a sensor in the device, and when removed the valve closes until you open it again in the process of adding air.....

There's a new system just coming out based on simple valve stem caps with Bluetooth results to your smartphone, or a dash module. But the results simply on your phone seems pretty cool to me.....

I didn't see if you guys mentioned this yet, but they're also gonna do a HellCat Charger, although I'm not a fan of what they did to that car.....i.e. 4 door.....

Not sure I entirely agree with this, and I have worked in the industry on concept car design, and although it was both it was more on the technology side. The difference is in industry everybody has a boss, a true boss. Not the pretend tv boss. And when your job and promotions and raises are...

I found tonight's episode to be a bit irritating. I watch to learn about car design, instead it's turned into a show of mostly obnoxious people.....and if I wanted a reality show based only on silly people I'd go watch Big Brother. Just my opinion.....I hope they get back to respectful car...

Both my son and I have driven in this great class in two different cars I built. I even won some races. The last car I built is now being driven by the 4X National Champion Mike Miserendino, who I fully expect to win the runoffs this year at Laguna Seca......
