No its definately not the coolant. There is a very strong smell of unburned fuel- thankfully no coolant. Seems like one of the injectors or all are flooding the cylinders. Will give Jason Heffner a call - maybe he has some diagnostics advise.

It is not really HP tax - it is Road tax that is calculated based on the HP of the car. I don't really mind it since personal income tax is only 13% flat rate here :)

A little off topic: I work for an insurance company in Russia - and the rate that would be a market average to insuure the GT full cover with 500$ deductable would be something around 10 000$ per year - and it is not because we are making temendous profits - accident statistics are terrible...

Unfortunately in Russia all licence plates are manufactured by the traffic police themselves and are of standart size - so I think I will have to go the drill way. On the rear - I understantd that I should not use any plastic holders and just drill holes in the plate and use some metal screws...
