What's with some of the bitchy comments in this thread? If a guy is excited about something that's not your cup of tea can't you just think to yourself "not my thing" and move on?
Black on black, 6 speed. All options (except the shiny wheels) + full tint. Absolutely perfect 5k miles, 58k OBO. Msrp was 71k+
Just don't drive it enough and have too many (I know, no such thing) cars. California registration good till December.
Took my 8th grade daughter to her graduation dance last year in the GT, dropped her off out front of the gym where all the kids were waiting. They all were wondering who was going to get out. My wife was in the crowd and snapped this photo, it's a favorite of mine.
Chip, thanks so much for putting the event together. The venue was just great and dinner and the drinks were just perfect. Great meeting all of you. Brian
Chip of course makes some great points. It's an individual dealer problem, maybe even as simple as a dumb employee (I've had them) who does something not reflective of the dealership. One thing I will add to Chip's post is that we all read about dealers abusing customers, never how customers...
Here's the thing no one thinks about in the conversation "who fits in a car". It's not just the height, it's the booty. Think about if you were sitting on a phone book, would you fit? Big booty equal less headroom.
Anything that immediately gets replaced with something "better" isn't so collectable. Viper, Corvette in this category. On the positive side they'll depreciate faster and longer and can be great buys for what you're laying out. Limited production of GT and Carrera GT (and the slr to a degree)...
Just got back from a drive down Pacific Coast Hwy from Seal Beach thru Huntington Beach. Perfect weather, surf on my right and the pier with Ruby's at the end in the distance. Spectacular! I feel for you guys in the cold weather.
