I had that "bump" and had my dealer look into fixing it. Same side, same location even. They fixed it under warranty. Even mentioned there was a TSB for the issue but on the driver's side panel. As far as I know, they didn't have to repaint the panel.

Most PCBs are UL94 V0 or V1 fire rated which makes them very unlikely the cause of your fire. Same reason you almost never hear of computers burning due to the motherboard catching fire (usually batteries on laptops are the cause).

That was my understanding as well...until today, when I picked my car up from the dealer and the finance manager offered the contract to me. He said the availability is news to him too. He found out about it only recently when another GT owner made him look into the availability of one...

My warranty expired on the 14th and my dealer has offered me an extended warranty thru Western General (yes, they know its not a mustang "GT"). Their "Platinum" plan provides the same coverage as Ford's warranty, with the same exclusion on wear parts and rules on aftermarket modifications...

I believe the Seller can choose to send an invoice to highest bidder even if the reserve was not met, in which case, the high bidder is legally contracted to complete the sale. However, since the current bidder and seller seems to have a 100% previous bidding relationship, it doesn't matter.
