OK I fixed it! I see how the flapper just slides out of its track, if you haven't had this problem yet there's a good chance you will. The little hose connector that I broke, the one I thought I needed a special tool...I realized I just had to squeeze the connector to release it, what a Dummy...

Well I was on my way to repairing my fuel filler neck just like Pro GT Driver did. So far I tore up my hands and I almost tore up the paint and aluminum on the fender when removing the wheel well shroud, I wasn't sure if I should scoop out the wheel well from the top or the bottom..I ended up...

Sometimes my six year old daughter rides with me, I put a folded up heavy blanket on the bottom of the seat, set in her car seat(this seat is not made to latch to the seat) put her in and then only use the seat belt works really great she is almost at the hight of a full size person.

The main objective is to repair just the gauge so they can be reinstalled. I don't think anyone has had a conclusion yet why the car itself is wiping out the gauges? I have two already in hand along with my own Tachometer to be repaired I was hoping a forum member had one that they pulled apart...
