    Shadowman and Griot's Wheel Dollies

I have both Go-Jaks and Hydraulic. The Go-Jaks don't work at all, I have the narrow ones. The hydraulic ones will work, but I have to be very carefull on how I place them on the wheels. They are a tight fit and you could hit body parts if not careful. I have taken a hydraulic set and widen them...

    Wheel Dolly - Recommendation

Kingman, I called Shucks where I got my jacks, but the girl I got them from does not work there more. The guy I talked to didn't know how to open a catalog, so I got nowhere. Sorry. Now back to the hijacking....

I will see if I can get you a part number for them later today. When I got mine, they were at a new store, when my friend got them they had to order them in. They are yellow and have that Champiopn Power Equipment sticker on it.

    Wheel Dolly - Recommendation

Kingman, I didn't get the wide Go-Jaks, didn't know they had them when I bought them. When they are not wide enough they can get hard to push down. Almost have to jump up and down on them. My jacks are about 3 years old and one of them almost always pops loose when jacking down, causing the car...

    Wheel Dolly - Recommendation

I have Go-Jak's but don't care for them. Paid $940 for the set by the time I got them here. I have bought a set from Schuck's that are a lot less $ and are hyd. Can't think of the name right now. They are far better then jumping up and down on a Go-Jak.

Info about Tungsten GT at Galpin, originally from Chicago?

If I'm not mistaken you can pull the side maker light out and see the sticker on the fender. The hood does not have a sticker that I have seen, but the nose piece does, its right about under the Blue Oval on the bottom side, only visable with the nose off.

Help with Shelby rear end identification

It is limited slip that is the L in the 3L00. Gear ratio is a 3 to 1, 9ED is a date and WFD-L is for the appilcation it was in. I don't remember that right now but can look it up later. It is a 9" rear.

    Any COE fans out there?

I always wanted a 1938 Ford COE, but too many projects have gotten in the way. I figure it will be the best place to use my Sherman Tank engine, but it sure won't fit where the flathead was!

    Time to replace axle bolts

Any one know a good dealer in the Portland Oregon area to get this done? Its for a friend of mind that keeps his GT down there. You could say he is a bit anal about who touches his car.

    Need German-English translation

I was going to put it in a Model A, but then I got it home and realized it was just a bit big, beside the fact that if I blip the throttle it would probably flip over!

    Need German-English translation

I have a Ford 18 liter engine sitting in the back room.... its double over head cam 4 valve per cylinder.... Sure it may be a tank engine, but its a big one!

    Need an Airbox

Probably not. I have a blown big block with Carbon Fiber valve covers and the exhaust port heat has warped them so bad I can't get them to seal anymore.

    GT Sightings....the modern day Unicorn?

I have seen a Tungston and 2 red GT's on the road. The Tungston changed hands, never see it anymore, still in town. The red's don't get over to this side of town, both owned by the same guy. So, 6 GT's here and never see one on the road anymore.

Sarah Palin to be McCain VP Pick

Bony, I don't know where you got those pictures, but I don't think they are real, just a fair job of photoshopping. But I guess this is what we have to look forward too for the next 2 months.

Sarah Palin to be McCain VP Pick

McCain will win the state of Alaska now, she is very poplar here. But then the election is done by the time we get to vote.

And you thought YOUR oil change was "spendy"

Why didn't he just drain it in the sand and then pump it back out, to make more money!
