    Glass Polish

HHGT, The second one sounds like the Eastwood stuff. The first one is manual labor, I try to avoid that! By the way, I have a 360 hp 63 Vette that had been sitting in the corner for years. Some day I should get that thing out!

    Glass Polish

I bought a Eastwood kit to polish the windows for my 66 Shelby. It worked well, but was very messy. Its a slurry, and with the drill it slung crap everywhere. I had the glass out, but still was a mess. But I can say it did a very good job. It won't take out heavy scratchs. It worked well for me.

    Stock FORD GTs

There are 7 cars here in Alaska. The highest mile car is I think around 4500, the lowest, just 2.4 miles. The two cars I have here have 212 and 345. None have any mods that I know of. I don't think any even have the axle bolts replaced!

Are the 60's Shelby GT350/GT500 Prices dropping?

Chip, Its the looks more than anything that turns me from the new ones. I have access to a friends cars, GT500, Shelby GT with whipple ( converitble though), 95 Cobra R and a 2000 Cobar R. I have driven them all, Of those I like the 2000 Cobra R the most. New ones sure have the power the...

Are the 60's Shelby GT350/GT500 Prices dropping?

After Chip's words I better sell that 66 GT 350 in the garage while I can!! But I have to say, the new Shelby's don't do anything for me, sure they are faster, but I would rather have the old ones!

Ford Thunderbolt...th' good ol' days revisited

Well Paul the way you say you have driven your GT I think you would have no problem with the power the Mustang has, its only 672 hp. If you are ever back in Alaska, be sure to stop in!!

    "new" BOSS 429 engines

Doc, What kind of EFI are you planning to use? I would like to find a old Hilborn and turn it into EFI. I also have a T56 out of Cobra, but don't think it is going to hold up to the power of the 598. Jon Kaase had a article in last years Engine Masters magazine with a all aluminum 598, made...
