It's time! I've now seen Liquid Red in person, and am very, very, very pleased with making that choice. The real sleepless nights happen now, but fortunately there are only 2 of them.

This is a very interesting topic as I've had the problem with Xpel film bubbling on other cars from the heat; especially from track and Autobahn use. What do we think is the cleanest way to protect, keep the film to the shape of the flat rearward facing surfaces and not bring it onto the paint...

The tub isn't finished in a very cleanly presented way, it's the same on a McLaren as well, so the sill is actually an extra bit of weight to add something for visual appearance!

It's the total opposite for me as I refused to choose an upgrade interior because you would have to do without Alcantara! I desperately wanted the carbon sills, but the only way to have them from new was by having leather for the seats and for me that wasn't going to be right in a supercar...

I'm not sure I'd risk going to fifth, but it's actually quite easy to really light up the rears of a McLaren like this - I got through a set of rear tyres on my 675LT in a day going a bit overkill with it :biggrin
