    STILLEN Sweepstakes

Hey Guys, So, this year Team STILLEN is going one step further with Road and Track and our Targa racing efforts. As most of you know we are in the process of building a 2009 Nissan GT-R race car which will be our new Targa rally car and Time Attack car. The GT is an awesome machine but it's...

My GTs will be getting a new home

Beautiful home Sam. Now if you don't mind I'd like to make a suggestion on your garage construction. This is a great way to hide all of the BMW's you secretly desire. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/OMFG_193877.htm

    Check engine light,no apparent reason

It could be any number of things causing that light to turn on. The only way to determine what is happening is to pull the diagnostic trouble codes. This is something that a Ford dealer can do for you or you can take it to a local Pep Boys and some times they will let you use their scan tools...

Brake Pad Residue in Caliper Holes

KJRGT- Did you happen to take some photos before you cleaned the rotors? If so please send me the pix. I will have my guys review them and make sure that everything is happy.

    Ford GT grocery getter.

Thank you for posting more pix Rick! For awhile now I've been wondering where the intake was relocated to. Your photos clearly show where you're pulling air from now.

    stock airbox

I'd just pull off the top half of the airbox and see if the bottom half has been modified in any way. As others have said it looks like it was just a home made heat shield. As long as the airbox itself has not been modified I would just leave it alone.

    ricardo -- high end?

Ricardo is one of the biggest and best gearbox manufacturers in the world. They also make gearboxes for Jaguar, F1 cars and more. Ford did not cut any corners on the driveline of the GT. As we've all seen the engine is nearly bullet proof on these cars. They went direct to AP Racing for the...

Congrats to Cody, 221 mph in the mile!

There was a whippled 3.90 geared car that ran at the airport event a few weeks maybe a month ago. If I remember correctly he was solidly in the 200+ range, I just don't remember exactly where.

Got to drive my new TT GT yesterday!

Congrats on the new power! I think these are my new favorite wheels, absolutely stunning! Hey Cody, Is this the car that you put our clutch into? Or was it your car we put the clutch in? I really want to see about getting one of our new racing clutches and our AP brake kits into one of...

    Saturday's Car Show

Randy- I made it to this past weekend's C&C as well. The first one I've been to in quite some time and I think it was one of the best I've ever attended. (2) Enzo's (3) Carrera GT's (1) F40 (1) F50 (1) 1960 Cadillac with a Banks twin turbo 350 "sidewinder" motor in it. It was a great show...

    Robertson Racing Rocks

I guess I just view it differently than most considering I've seen my dad nearly killed twice because of these huge speed differences. Once in 1993 at Watkins Glen and a second time at Road Atlanta in 1995. Racing is without question a dangerous sport/past time. However that doesn't mean it's...

    Robertson Racing Rocks

IMSA ended three careers at Road Atlanta in 1995. Jeremy Dale, Fabrizio Barbozza (?) and my dad's because of their absolutely ridiculous differences in speed.

    Battery Recommendation

OK guys I finally heard some good news from Odyssey. There is a distributor for Odyssey batteries in Corona, California. They are very interested in working with the GT community on this however there is no way for STILLEN to actually be a part of the process. Unfortunately there just isn't...

    Robertson Racing Rocks

Very cool! Is it just me or is anyone else concerned about the differences in speed with these cars? A 13 second spread between the top 15 cars seems very unsafe. I remember back in the IMSA days when slower cars were constantly getting in the way of the faster drivers and the huge speed...

    Shim Kit

I believe he is referring to the alignment shims that are mounted between the control arms and the frame. They are machined to different thickness' so that you can dial in your alignment.

Most desert trucks are equipped with fiberglass fenders. Has Ford gone with fiberglass, plastic, or metal on the fenders?
