Maybe the E brake pads were stuck to the rear rotors.... I did verify that the acutator arms on the calipers were moving when I released the brake handle, but could not tell for sure if the pads came off of the rotor surface at the same time. It was kinda' scary for a few minutes for sure...

Very nice car, love the big FE power and cool induction system. Seriously considered a CAV GT40 back about 2002ish, just before they announced the new Ford GT. Glad I waited, but I still have a soft spot for the GT40 replicars. mardyn

Yes, that is a Hurst knob for a Mustang w/ 6 spd.... specially equipped with a theft deterring shift pattern on the top with reverse indicated in the the far upper right position. and it says Hurst on the side too. mardyn

Here's mine... in my opinion, MUCH better than the original. That OEM chunk of aluminum gets kinda' warm sitting out in the Sun around here... I finally said "No Mas" and ordered the new one from Summit. mardyn

Yep, I'll agree.... although the engine technology & brakes have improved significantly over the normal production car, the rest is not much more than a riced out C6 that only a true enthusiast could identify... but I'd still like to be the first on my block to own one. mardyn
