Private vehicles in a trailer are to a problem. They may want to look inside but that's about all there is. Been doing it for 15 years never an issue.
Passport and shot cards is all you need,,unless the rules change again.
prismatic affect ..normal. More than likely due to the slight curvature of the lens. I would assume the cracking is due heat build up ...new head lights cured that problem.
True. We've had .10" of rain this year so far. And just like last year temp's are 5 to 10 degrees above normal. Actually looking forward to going north in a few weeks. Green grass, green trees and 30* cooler .
It should not be a problem...I've taken it many times. Extreme low tide on Mukilteo side can be tricky. The ferry to Whidbey from Port Townsend shuts down on low tide days, just in case you were taking it. As 2112 said you can get on the Island from the north end with no ferry to concern...
Personal experience. Started slipping a bit in 3rd gear and occasionally would pop out of 3rd gear. Big exception was that I had close to 100k on a Stillen clutch unit at that time. As we all know, clutch life time generally has nothing to do with GT mileage. Same can be said for rear tires...
There "may have" been few sold for <$100k. Dealership (s) went bankrupt. Inventory re-located to lending Bank holding area. Some special "balance only" liqidation deals were made. Friends taking care of friends. Or something like that.
"Is the following detail to mundane/technical?"
Absolutely Not. I, for one, learn from your (and others) posts. I may be able to use the technical knowledge in my next life.
As has been said before, we GT owners are lucky to have all of the "Ford techies" insure the cars we bought will...
A great video would be the the amalgamation of the photos, in chronological order, of all the final inspection light booth photo's sent to the original owners. What a GT historian could use for reference. I would title it "When they were new ".
