Do you think an upgrade package will be offered to current car?

If I were a betting man I’d say no. The internals of the motors are different (pistons) and they would have to take the buttresses apart to replace the duct work with larger duct work along with the bigger intercoolers so basically they’d have to take the back half of the car off and start over.

13 hp is negligible and realistically not discernible IMHO.
Maybe an upgraded tune would be nice

A team engineer who did the calibration and developed the improvements said that the difference in performance would only be noticed when driving the car in anger on the track. So unless your hitting the rev limiter and driving super aggressive you may not notice the difference.

I have heard differently. But not officially (shocker)

The 2020 pistons are different. I doubt many will be replacing them for a small power gain.

Agreed. I would speculate, intercoolers tubes, and tune, would be the extent of the upgrades. Also heard not inexpensive (upgraded interior like pricing).

Calibration changes no, cooler possible but painful. New pistons, more spark for 13 hp, not worth it. Especially given that the vast majority of the cars will never be used in the fashion to require it.
