I think that the only way for a buyer of these goods to make it all work would be to reconnect with Saleen himself and bring it all back together. I don't see it working any other way.

I looked, man, not much there. Don't think I saw any headlights....

But if you had all the time in the world, and the ability to make what's missing, maybe a coyote in there?

Oh wait, you need a vin never mind....

From everything I have heard and read, Saleen has been the common denominator of all the failures that company has gone through. I don't think having him involved would do much good.

So anyone know what happened? Auction closed on 11/18.

Just before the auction got going, they added a couple early lots, that was to buy the whole thing. All was sold to one person, so any bids on the 7xx individual lots, were canceled. I dont know what the final number was.

I heard Specracer bought the whole package!
He's going to put a FGTmotor and drive train in it!

I heard the same thing!! Congratulations, Andy! :thumbsup

(Kelli may co-drive)

I'm giving Andy about 4-6 months and he'll have his winning Saleen products up and running.

No fuuuucccckkkkkiiiinnnngggg way!!!!! Talk about a bunch o incomplete random parts. I also assume none of the frames got VINs, but who knows.....

But thanks for thinking of me...., I wanted the sign, and an office chair....

I think we have some misdirection here from CobraR
