Focus RS sales limited?

Any information on this and or information on a possible Fiesta RS?
 
Yeah, this reminds me, what happened to the Focus RS raffle Raj talked about in his video?
 
Not really sure about Ford's sales strategies lately: Let's excite the heck out of our customers with new models (GT350, Focus RS) and let's not produce enough cars to sell to them ? :confused
 
I was told by a Ford employee and member here that the availability would be limited. Obviously not to the extent of the GT or even the GT350R, but they won't be churning them out like a base Focus.

60,000 tickets for sale, $10/ticket. Drawing early November, delivery 2016, doesn't include tax/title/license or delivery costs. Don't know how one would purchase them now, though.
 
1) There will ultimately be plenty of GT350s to go around.

2) Focus RS is more than 2k US units.

I realize the hypocrisy in this statement, but don't believe everything you read on the internet.

We just received our first year allocations on the Focus RS.


I'm bummed they didn't offer Liquid Blue, maybe next year.

Winning ticket has already been picked. And it is in the secret place in my garage.
 
A dealer in L. A. claims to have 7 RS allocations, he also told me he's got 300 people on the wait list and he'll be asking $20K over MSRP- What the heck is going on people, I realize the car is a smokin' deal, bang for the buck, AWD, etc... but C'mon already.

Ordered one this week. My DD is a Focus Electric...I expect the RS will not be as quiet :lol

I'm not holding my breath for the odds on my 2 raffle tickets to snag one....

Just got the announcement JDRF 2016 Focus RS raffle winner: Joseph Lyons, Ticket Number 1381.
I assume it's the same raffle that we bought tickets at during Rally 10? Don't think Ford would be raffling off 2 RS's.
 
I got my order locked in too - from Jim (PILOTJPW1). Nitrous Blue w/RS2 package!
