Wow, nice road. Where did you end up going?

:thumbsup

Up behind Boulder you should have come

Long day, just got back from picking wife up from the airport.

Some beautiful country up there. Reminds me of how grotesque the landscape is around these parts. Thanks for the vid, Mike.

Colorado is one beautiful State, luckily I am only 5 hours North!!

Would like to hear your beast at full wail. How about a 1st-3rd gear run?

No it's not. It's terrible. You don't want to move here. All of the pictures and videos you see here were made at the same studio that the moon landings were filmed. :)

Sorry, but CO has another intruder. Me. Well, eventually. Wife got a job in Louisville, I'm currently on the search for a job to go join them. House is going up for sale soon.

About a month ago I traveled on those very roads in my buds 328, he lives up in the sticks north of Boulder. Actually has to traverse a dirt road to get home, we kid that he has the first rally 328.

I'm heading that way this weekend for three weeks. I love that place.

Let us know when you get here. You can come along on our drives. Mike, I've got another local that's interested too.

PM me with your email address. I can point you to some places to look for housing. I would strongly DISCOURAGE Boulder County. I almost got got hung, drawn and quartered for my GT in Boulder. Then I took off the bumper sticker that said "Please buy a Prius, I need your gas". :)

Ah, Louisville, one of my favorites. Has mushroomed in the last 25 years. The Louisville Inn has one of the nicest Rosewood bars you'll ever see.

No GTs to be found but still had a great cruise at sunrise this morning heading up the hill out of Denver and then back. It is hard to contain yourself in a car that wants to take those bends at 130mph. Pretty much trooper central up around Genesee so one must not over do it.

Nice. Need roads like that around here.

You live in CA... the land of 8 lane wide freeways?

8 lane wide freeways littered with potholes and earthquake damage. Buy that's L.A.
I only have two lane roads running alongside cow pastures, raisin fields (Raisin capital of the World!), various nut trees, and cornfields.
Therefore, you win;)

My driving season will be coming to an end here in 6 maybe 8 weeks. You live in California where it's driving season 12 months a year. Therefore, you win!

Haha. Ok. Call it a draw?:)

6-8 weeks? Really?

Yeah, unfortunately. I put the car up once they have sanded/salted the roads. In Colorado that could be early Sep or late Oct you never know. The way this summer has been I am predicting a early and heavy snowfall winter around here.
