This would be assuming one wants to live a long life.
 
I have 1 cup a day because I like that darn Vanilla flavor coffee mate crap... if it wasn't for it, I wouldn't drink coffee.... So here's to living long and enjoying life to it's fullest...

Sammy, I know.. and I even use that word when ordering coffee.. Do you have the foo-foo creamer? If they don't, I don't order it.... I even whisper it at times...
I'm stepping out though and spilling my guts...
