I'm callin' "B.S." on this study simply because its findings fly in the face of logic.
Who funded it? The cell phone industry?
(Edit: The post ban "hiding the cell phone" theory, however, COULD account for the odd wreck after the ban went into effect - but not anywhere NEAR all of them IMO.)
