I was warming up my motor here in Chicago today for about 10 min. I opened the engine bay and noticed a hose that looked like it had condensation on it just like a refrigerant line would in the middle of summer, turnes out its the rubber hose running from the top of the valve cover to the top of the oil holding tank. When I touched it I realized it was Oil (and some water?) that was on the hose. I wiped it off and I dont see any leaks?

Thanks for any input on what this is.

I am going to say because it is cold there you did see some condensate on this hose. Warm oil And cold air = condensate. It's common to see an oil leak at where this hose connects to the oil return tank. You never notice it until you feel or wipe the underside of the hose. Replace the pinch clamp with a standard worm drive SS clamp. This will cure the leak..

I will follow STORMCAT's lead on this one and say to look at a few more times after some time with her to confirm that no issue remains
