The Duramax engine is the best Diesel engine on the market.... Without a doubt....

That sure doesn't look like my Duramax.....

I hope you didn't miss the Duramax-powered cigarette boat in the outside area in the back corner. Also very cool.

Agreed. I probably averaged about 90MPH on the way home today - into a pretty good head-wind. We averaged 16MPG in the lifted crew cab beast.

Talk about THEEEEEEE car to take home!!!!!! 'FGT guage panel in the dash...Maseratti door handles (interior), and on and on!:thumbsup:thumbsup

Your experience undoubtedly mirrors that of many 'Forum members. With that in mind, perhaps next year we oughta set up a specific meeting time/place at the Con. Ctr. where Forum members who wanna can swing by and do the 'meet & greet' thing. Mebbe at the food court or one end of the Ford display, or...?

In a venue that size, the odds of one just happening to run into another 'Forum member known on sight arn't really too great (...although I did just "happen" to run into Stormcat). So, how would anyone have a clue he was passing by a 'Forum member he'd never MET??? For all we know, some of us may have done just exactly that!:lol

BTW, 'Force; Wifey & I were at SEMA all day Tues/Wed and never saw a FGT on ennybuddy's shirt! :lol

Thats the reson for the shirts.

I don't anyone by face,Did meet a big wig from ford.Someone at the ford display asked if i was a fan or if i was a owner,When i tolded him i had two and i was surprised they did not have one on display with the original one there he went and got Bryan Chambers.I guess he was involved from the start
of the gt project,cool guy.

:lol:lol

Yeah, I stopped by with Apollo and his lovely wife to ponder the possibilities of this vehicle. Ma Deuce up front and a m60 out back...

maybe a new daily driver? :biggrin

Can not remember what channel or even what show, there is a one hour TV show on the build of that car. It was very cool to see.

Did anybody happen to go to the Meguiars booth. I understand one of my customers had a 66 Chevelle in their booth. It was all black witha black and yellow interior!
I never got any pictures and would love to see some soon!
