were shown this picture asked the same question.
90% of the pre-schooler's gave this answer.
'The bus is traveling to the left.'



When asked, 'Why do you think the bus is traveling to the left?'

They answered:

'Because you can't see the door to get on the bus.'

I know, me too.

But neither can one see the steering wheel, or the red flag that SHOULD be there if this view is of the driver's side ... just as the door SHOULD be there on the other side. Neither is the expected "overhang" depicted aft of the rear wheels.
