I thought this was odd that there are two more salvage GT's on ebay and they are from two different sellers. I really love the look of the red one and this seller states "(On average around 5 a month are being totaled.)":bs or is this fairly accurate?

Some factories project that 50% of their super car production will be crashed.

My guesstimate is that 25% to 30% of the FGT fleet has seen damage on and off the books.

Anyone who buys a FGT should invest in a PPI or have inside info on the condition of their planned purchase.

Just read both ebay ads, both seem honestly written. The red car is a stripe delete and bumper deleted car. If properly repaired and no frame damage, looks like it could be a good deal.

I got a kick about the Alabama tittle wash that the blue car went through, also wonder if it always was a blue car. Notice the blue car's seller only has done 4 deals on ebay.

..."tittle" wash...

Is that what I thnk it is????? - I like that one - but can you give a further definition? :thumbsup

:lol :lol :lol :lol

Yes, Alabama is one of the states that will take a tittle from another state and reregister it in their state without mention of previous ownership, or if the car was retittles as a salvage car.

Google 'TITTLES UNLIMITED" a firm whose principal was caught in this scam and served a year in prision here in California.

Lots of stolen cars get clean tittles in Alabama. That is why a carfax is important besides the inspection.

Remember, the car might be in perfect condition, but if it is stolen, your out of your investment plus have the pleasure of dealing with the cops.

Pretty interesting reading, although the pictures were much nice if you followed my link :wink

And I thought this thread was "savage titties" and how to clean them?

That red car looks great.... I originally wanted a red GT with satin black stripes to match my other red & black toy collection....

but alas, I had to settle for red & white.

I thought the same thing when i saw it but i think its just the overall package: being that its a no striper with black wheels makes the red look a little different.

Chris... It will take a while, but I perfecting a special class at BONY U
on the correct care and handling of titties. Currently I am interviewing models and have both hands full. Please excuse the short reply.
