Is it possible that we could be in for a "Mittyesque" review of the differences between your Whipple and Twin Turbo GTX-1's after you get in some seat tiime? I would be very interested in reading that!

Pics look great. Congrats on the car. :cheers

Beautiful. Can't wait to see the interior.

So it's a Heffner kit but was installed by the GT Guys? More info please.

Absolutely stunning, Rick. Congratulations. I look forward to seeing your newest creation.

I think you will like Bernard Guerin's handi-work on my X1 - with a new automated clamshell opening (with actuated hinges behind cockpit), a totally new air-intake system that eliminates the stock airbox, and (believe it or not) a trunk large enough for a set of golf clubs. I would attach some pictures, but haven't mastered the process for doing so. Consequently, you'll have to wait and see at the Rally.

I look forward to seeing you again.

Best regards,

Steve

Hello Steve,

Your X1 sounds interesting. So you will be at the Rally too. I guess that makes a dozen X1's for our little photo shoot.

Any others out there we haven't heard from?

Hello Steve,

I look forward to seeing you also. I've now added the trunk to my list. The airbox will depend on the advice of experts in regards to the Twin Turbo set up I have. Did you manage to get enough room in for a helmet yet? I don't play golf.:biggrin

Trunk for GTX1

Did you manage to get enough room in for a helmet? I don't play golf.

I don't play golf either, so I put my helmet in the trunk. BUT I don't think it would fit if the airbox were not removed. You will have to see for yourself.

See you next Wednesday.
