The photo is a great warning, and I will be all the more careful now that I have seen it.
BTW, I have trailered my car on many occasions, and I always use the tow hook to pull the car into the trailer. Of course, doing so requires that I pull the car up the incline of the loading ramp. So far, no sign of any trouble. However, I use only wheel straps to secure the car, and I unhook the cable from the tow hook after the car is in position.
One would certainly believe that the Ford engineers would have contemplated pulling the car up an incline when designing the two hook anchor. However, I'm equally sure that they could not have contemplated the single digit I.Q.s of some tow truck drivers...
