Running my Juice Tiger half full this week !! Yesterday it was announced that We lost a true American icon and legend Jack LaLanne on Sunday At age 96. Jack was a true innovator, motivator and a true one of a kind !! I have always marveled at his feats of strength, his endless energy and true zest for life !! God Speed Jack !! You'll be missed !!

Jack was the only guy I know who could get by with those old tights and those slippers he used to wear !! :biggrin

His name doesn't resonate over here - but I read his obituary the other day.... a fascinating fellow.
