Please explain the exhibition/beginners. Exhibition can have a passenger, beginners can't, but they are on the track at the same time?

Traffic alert:

Take DBK's advice from our glossy brochure for driving to the track. Avoid going south on Las Vegas Blvd to Blue Diamond/Windmill. There is construction blocking most of the north bound lane of LV Blvd North and they are diverting some traffic to one of the southbound lanes (or they were yesterday afternoon and on the way home). Maybe they finished it overnight but I would either take I15 as Dave suggested or find your way over to the west side of I15 and take Dean Martin south to Blue Diamond.
