The GT-R is a great performance value, although the best numbers Car and Driver could squeeze out of the one provided to them for their July issue was 0-60 in 4.3 and the 1/4 in 12.1 at 115mph, which is slower than a much less expensive C6 Corvette. Car and Driver commented the test GT-R was slower than one they tested prior to the article and another they tested after the article. Maybe the July issue reflects a non-juiced car from Nissan :biggrin. Regardless, a better decision for Americans interested in improving our economy is to buy a C6 or Z06 or a performance Modified Mustang :cheers
