Yup, that about covers it. Last night's ending was the worst officiating I've seen since the '72 Olympics Baseketball game between USSR and USA. Unbelievable. Pete Carroll looked like a complete @$$ jumping up and down after they won. Totally classless.

Sucked for GB for sure. Seattle would have been classier to miss the point after. Or ground the ball or something like that. Not that it mattered at that point. Replay reviews are so they can make sure they get it right. Unreal that even after the replay they got it wrong.

It's not Carroll's fault the refs suck and I don't think he had seen the review when he showed excitement that his team had just won. The '72 Oly was an inside job and political statement, last night was just plain old incompetence. And yes I'm a SC/Carroll fan.:wink

It would have been preferable to have both teams somehow lose that game. Probably the only SB I'll ever go to and it was a snooze fest. It was definitely poorly refereed, but nowhere near as bad as this season.
