I can see how this new policy combined with the public records of campaign donations can lead to selective and abusive enforcement.

I would say more, but I want to keep the thread on the topic of international banking and taxation rather than pol***cs, that would get me BANNED!

I used to have an account with Bank of America, London (International) in 1962 with $1.86 in it - but when I checked in 1981, the bank had usurped it...so much for my foreign accounts. :frown
