About to buy my GT

OK, now i find out that the front black air daim lip got scraped/scratched/damaged when they drove on sidewalk to enter show room.

Is this plastic, metal, aluminum?

Is it part of entire air difuser and bolted to chassis or minor fix that a parts/service dpt could handle?
