Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...I was under the impression that the reason the supercharged '08 ('09 - whatever year it'll be made) ZR1 'Vette won't HAVE the LS7 in it was 'cause it's cyl walls are too thin to handle boost pressures.

...And these dudes 'is gunna' shoot for 1,000 turbo HP? Do they know something GM does NOT? Hmmmmmmmm...

As a matter of fact, they do!

That's why they are using the aftermarket LSX block, which is beefier than the factory LS7 casting. Their mockup motor looked like it was aluminum, but as of a few months ago, the LSX's were iron blocks that could handle a TON of cylinder pressure. The Al LSX may be out by now.
