Default Wow!!!

Sam,

What a great looking house! After looking at that photo, living in my home feels like camping! Maybe in my next life.

All the best.

Chip

Being on a hill with trees all around really adds to its beauty. Absolutely gorgeous! I'm sure your GTs will be very happy there.

Chip, move out of the desert and maybe you won't feel like you're camping.

Very Nice! Looks like you chose a good architect. HHGT I own and operate a Plastering(stucco) and Drywall Construction company. Im third generation in the business, we started in 1928. Anyway if you run into any concern's with your contractor, I can answer questions.

Make sure you post a couple pic's of the finish product, It will be awesome for sure, Thanks for posting

Beautiful home Sam.

Now if you don't mind I'd like to make a suggestion on your garage construction. This is a great way to hide all of the BMW's you secretly desire.

The motor home/trailer parking is really for BMWs.

Sam is a closet BMW owner.
