First it's pretty tires. Next it's pretty guns. Then the next thing you know, you're shaving your beard and wearing capri pants.
Hello Dave,, it was in reponse to our dear friend Dr Frank.. See post 3 & 5 http://www.fordgtforum.com/forums/sh...track-question
Are you coming to the rally this year ??

Holding a grudge is letting someone live rent-free in your head.
I am looking for a few special people who are qualified to help with some track instruction.Yes some driving instructors. If you have any Nola experience we need you! I currently have a bunch of Fellow PCA certified National instructors.
PM me
Thanks ,Ron
Hey Ron can I help instruct or may be hold your helmet? I have some driving experience and have even driven a GT a few times With your guidance I may be able to help. All kidding aside will be out for the full Rally schedule, and will gladly help anyone, all you got to do is ask. For those who have never been to a Rally or to the track days, don’t let it intimidate you. It’s all about having fun with great people not being the fastest. I have been with people who never get out of first gear and that is all right. The GT Forum Rally’s run like no other and that’s what keeps everyone coming back. So if you are concerned about the track day just find me and we get you going in your car.
Hard to believe this will be my 4th rally, and I have yet to ride with either Mark or Ron.
Wife's been out with both though every year.
Definitely need to work on that this year, either your car or mine?
Jeff
New comers to the FGT rally, heed what Mr. McGowan says. Look him up and you will not find a more qualified Ford (and Ford GT) instructor than Mark. He was the designated driver to push our vehicle up to 211.89 mph at Nardo Italy during Vmax certification by Ford.
Been lucky to ride with him many times and always a learning experience from a master. The things these drivers can do with our stock GT's (and I will include Gene Martindale on the driving pedestal as well) are simply amazing. And they make it look sooooo easy!
Consider seriously his genuine offer to instruct. It is an offer well worth experiencing.
Looking forward to it again Mark!
