Not much more than a Raptor and power running boards to boot.
TT V6 with 6 speed runs pretty darn good. and 19.3 mpg so far this week
What ever it is...it's just got to go faster

You will love it. I love mine and it handles this pretty well too! Surprising good for towing. Love the torque. Mine has the Max Tow package with integrated brake controller with anti-sway control, larger towing mirrors, larger gas tank, and heavier rear helper springs. For a pickup it's hard to beat. Luxury and utility all in one package. I also love the sync!

What mileage do you get when towing with the ecoboost?

Sucks. With that sucker or my 26ft enclosed car trailer loaded it's about 8-10 MPG.

That doesn't suck. With my 5.4 I get 7-8 mpg towing my boat or car trailer (at 70 mph) and 14-15 when not towing. I can't wait to get almost the identical truck, Ecoboost V-6 and all. I think I want a King Ranch interior though.

Did you try out the 6.2 before settling on the TT? TT seems to have better torque curve for towing but I wonder whether it will be as durable. Torn between the two so interested in your view.

tpraceman, was just talking to howie which way to go........I drove the eco , it was fine, never drove the 6.2.........but I tow my 20 footer all the time. My LT is fine but with 80,000 miles would like to give it a rest out east on the farm.
Does anyone suggest the super duty or 350 to the 150............
Im out on the dually to big.......and the deisel thing is annoying as around here its not as popular at the stations.....
Also the brake is intergraded for towing now ...right......gtjoey1314

    Default 6.2 vs Ecoboost

As Gen mgr at a Ford dealer, I get a new truck demo every 6 months and driven all of the above. The 6.2 doesn't have electric power steering in the Raptor and rides very firm. M.P.G. is 14 to 18. The light feel in the steering wheel that you get with the 5.0 or Ecoboost is because of that. It also aids fuel economy and quicker acceleration. M.P.G. is 18 to 23 city n hwy.

Ok sort of sucks. If they made a light duty diesel I'd have one tomorrow. Friends diesel super duty (new 6.7L) gets 15-16 towing my trailers. The new urea diesel systems have given back the MPG in diesels. No more regeneration cycles. If they weren't so big I'd get a super duty. I love mine so far. If I were a keep a truck 10 years kind of guy I might have a different opinion.
